Thanks for your patience. We are attempting to reproduce the error.

However, our API doesn't support forcing invoice items into an invoice they aren't automatically added to. My colleague apparently discussed this with you yesterday. This approach won't work with the Upcoming Inovice API.

I have a separate workaround that seems to work for my use case so I'll stick with that.
