but we don't know the destinatin accont while creating it...... I can only know the destination when I am capturing the hold intent

because I have a system where a person is accepting the order.... then we know about the destination. before when the customer is ordering we don't know about the destination.

You can specify the destination in the transfer_data parameter when capturing the funds. https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/capture
