No, i didn't
I tried to remove from my Customer and i setted another Metadata, but when i update Customer, his Metadata still appear on my account

No, i view on my Dashboard the request id and i saw that i have One Metadata that i want to set and the other are still on.
Now, i'll find a method to drop off the other Metadata that i don't use anymore

When you are trying to remove the metadata, you make an API call. You can find this API call in your Stripe dashboard in the Developer logs. Itil will have a request ID that starts with req_. Can you share that with me?

I fixed my problem with set the Key of Metadata and its value with "" (blank or empty value)
