I think subscription would move to active if the call to pay the invoice succeeds (so you don't have to wait until transfer finishes)

does stripe test env behave the same as live env? I mean the real ACH transfer may take 1-2 days to complete

Hm also looks like testing different scenarios is a bit limited w/ bank transfers
