Can you share the example Subscription ID (sub_xxx) that the email isn't sent as expected?
In the payment intent of the latest invoice https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments/pi_3Nt7GhJJ0qgleX861XtUMfjZ, 3DS has been completed

How did you complete the 3DS in such a case?
We manually hit hosted_invoice_url to complete this flow
Thanks for sharing! Indeed that I don't see the email being sent for 3DS confirmation. Can I suggest writing to our Support at https://support.stripe.com/contact with the Subscription ID (sub_xxx) and its Invoice ID (in_xxx) that expected a 3DS email to be sent, so that they can check it for you?

Thanks for your response. This is not only for this subscriptionId, we are facing this for all 3DS upgrade flow.
