micro-deposit verification will be used if instant verification isn't avialable and it is only used to verify the bank account. Future invoices will be charge automatically if using the same Payment Method

So, they should only need to verify once for that bank account. Is that correct? Is there a Stripe page that states the process?

Not exactly but that's how it works. Verification is the step where we verify the bank account exists and is chargeable. Once we know that, we don't have to do it again
