Depends on whether you are creating your subscriptions on your platform account or on your connected accounts.

#

If you are creating them on your platform account, you can use the customer portal as normal

frail urchin

timber smelt
#

#

Can you send me the ID of the request where you got this error? (req_123)

timber smelt
#

I am not immediately sure and need to look further

#

I was trying to express uncertainty

frail urchin
#

okay, i think the reason i get that error is because those customers belongs to stripe connect account. Is it possible you help look into how to resolve this in test mode??

timber smelt
#

Yes, I am looking in to how to resolve this. The solution should work in test and live mode

#

frail urchin
#

timber smelt
#

Apologies, I thought you were going to send the second ID that I asked for and got distracted in other threads while waiting

frail urchin
#

timber smelt
#

You used cus_OnjAMprrtzCdrF which was a customer ID that was on a different connected account

#

That customer exists on acct_1O07ggPO7ACAAGyL but the portal session request was made on acct_1O0UFyPE6EtcoBmD

frail urchin
