Depends on whether you are creating your subscriptions on your platform account or on your connected accounts.
If you are creating them on your platform account, you can use the customer portal as normal

You can’t create a portal session in test mode until you save your customer portal settings in test mode at https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/billing/portal.

okay, i think the reason i get that error is because those customers belongs to stripe connect account. Is it possible you help look into how to resolve this in test mode??

That customer exists on acct_1O07ggPO7ACAAGyL but the portal session request was made on acct_1O0UFyPE6EtcoBmD
