hi, so im working on a checkout form for a subscription, recently we attempted to modify this terms, the ones that read "By providing your card information, you allow.. etc etc", we learned that they can only be disabled.
So we were wondering what the implications would be if we were to disable them
more particularly with chargebacks and user related issues
If you disable them you need to show terms in your own UI.
yes, we currently show our own terms as well

perfect, so for disputes and charge backs, does having the default terms enabled affect in any way the final outcome of a dispute?
