i have created test clock
next invoice date is nov 12
created test clock nov12 but test_trevor73@my10minutemail.com not updating
What do you mean by "test_trevor73@my10minutemail.com not updating"?
Did you expect to receive an email?
test_trevor73@my10minutemail.com auto renewal not working for this customer
But why are you sharing an email address here I don't understand? Are you talking about the customer obejct?
Also, can you share the subscription ID (sub_xxx)?
"I am checking the auto-renewal subscription with the help of a test clock
So you want the subscription to renew, that's your goal?
Can you share the subscription ID (sub_xxx)?

This customer doesn't have a test clock: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/customers/cus_Oo0BNvKrbrgqBQ
I recommend reading this guide to better understand how to use test clocks: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/testing/test-clocks#create-clock
so for old customer we cannot check via test clock?
The Subscription you shared belongs to customer cus_Oo0BNvKrbrgqBQ , and this customer doesn't have a test clock.
So first create a new test clock, then create a new customer for that test clock, after create a new subscription for that customer. After doing all this, then you will be able to use the test clock to generate a new billing cycle for that new subscription.
