here users have to fill up their information in order to proceed further with creating an account.

Here i am seeing that, when user is selecting account type 'individual' then too it asking for business details of the user. May i know the reason, why ?

Part of the verifrication process I'd guess. It's not really a technical question so accout requirements aren't something we'd know about. I'd recommend speaking with support: https://support.stripe.com/contact

are you aware about account creation fields that are required for an individual to create and verify thier account in order to start receiving payouts?

No I am not. Nor can you provide them via the API with standard accounts
