It's correct that Subscription will need a payment to activate

This is how our Subscription works really. It will need to bill the first Invoice anyway. You can consider adding a free trial to the end of month, so its billing cycle will start from that timing

Because in my application it is subscription based.

customer can add multiple members in his/her account.

So based on member I will charge.
