We recently moved to stripe

i think the length of your name that you input is too short, can you try passing in your full name?

I didnt see any this error code in stripe documentation

i don't believe we've explicitly documented this since the assumption is that the majority of people would have a name longer than 2 characters

I just tried with 2 letters and its failing

but filling the name is happening in the stripe bank page

since i was testing, i manage to give name with 2 letters

but in production it will be done by users

#

how they will know name should not 2 letters

they are filling the name in the stripe page

when you say Stripe bank page, which page are you referring to? Can you provide a screenshot so that I can understand which page is this?

The page asks for a first and last name. Have you tried providing that?
