hi! you can use the API and do a test payment in your existing test integration using the cards from https://stripe.com/docs/testing#disputes . Don't know about the Dashboard.

I am trying with the cards but the Dispute happens too "early", like a few seconds after and I believe my APP is not "ready" to handle it at that time.

hmm. Well that's just how it works in test mode. We create the Dispute just after the API call to charge the card completes.

And there is no way to start a dispute process from the dashboard?

not sure, we answer API questions here. AFAIK we lock down the ability to enter raw card numbers in the Dashboard so probably not
