Unfortunately not. You would need to build a 2-step flow that was entirely custom in order to accomplish this

We have already built a flow where we preauthorize the payment and then, if we determine it's Amex for a Connect account that doesn't want it, we void the preauth and show the customer an error message. But unfortunately that is confusing customers who see the pending payment in their bank account (despite us clearly stating in the error message that they will see this and it will disappear!)

Is there a better way to do it, or is that what you meant by "2-step flow"?
