we have not been able to get a response from support team - we think someone changed the contact information (email & phone) and are unable to log in...

we have customers being charged large transactions that are not real

Unfortunately not. They should get back to you shortly though. We don't have any levers or tools we can use to help with this kind of stuff in this channel
