I'd recommend talking to our support team as we don't allow sending raw PANs to the APIs anymore. So you can't use your own form for this.
You'd either want to use Stripe Elements to collect Payment Method information or ask support to escalate and request exemption for your usecase.

Yes, but I dont know how and where I have to create the links for onboarding, can I get the link for onboarding and then I change de account to test the endpoint?

Taking a step back, what exactly are you trying to do? What's your endgoal?

Are you creating connected accounts and trying to onboard them? OR something else?

I create an account with my form with the data of the user and I want when the user has been created to redirect the user to a the hosted-onboarding to add the debitcard missing info

What sort of connected accounts are you creating?

You'd create an Account Link to create the URL for onboarding

it can only be used once though

So you shouldn't copy paste it in an app where it loads a preview of some sort
