you can do it using manual payouts

but you'd have to develop the feature yourself

Okay awesome - so there is a $2 fee for payouts from an express account right? is this based on any amount being paid out? Basically I dont want the seller to have a payout of say $5 and then lose $2 in fees

So was thinking of restricting the amount so the $2 is worth it

technically speaking yes you can do manual payouts and there's a way to integrate with webhooks

that make what you're asking for possible
