Ah this is applied for Stripe Customers and Not Connected Accounts
How are you charging the fees from your Connected Account ?

We are doing separate charge and transfer. We send the funds to the connected accounts through transfer and we collect the fee using transfer/reversal

As we are debiting the fees for every transaction, there is no need for checkout.
