Yup, won't be any logs as the request never actually reached us. Seems like there was connectivity issues at the time. Is it working now?

Yes, is working now, but we face this multiple times in past. Is connectivity issue from Stripe or user end?

Can be both. Our recommendation is to ensure that all the IP addresses listed here (https://stripe.com/docs/ips#ip-addresses) aren't being blocked by your server/host

Ensure your integration is always communicating with Stripe.
