Customer was redirected to the Affirm and didn't complete the payment. Since the Affirm redirect URL has expiry and customer didn't complete in time, its Affirm link was expired that led to failed payment

the issue is, customer complete payment on the affirm end, then the redirect send the customer to the wrong page, it should send customer to the ThankYouPage to complete the booking. can you look into this for me?

Can you ask the customer to share the proof of payment at Affirm? Once the proof is collected, can I suggest to write in to our Support https://support.stripe.com/contact with the proof and its associated payment intent, so that we can check with relevant team?

I'm afraid I don't have necessary expertise. It'll be helpfu to collect proof of Affirm payment from the customer and share it with the Support

This is where customer confirm payment on the affirm side, then when redirect back to travelwire website, it goes to the wrong url. this is the issue.

This is the payment confirmation page, but the payment hasn't been made successfully yet. Could you ask the customer to share the video of completing the payment? Upcon collecting the video, it'll be helpful to share with Support as we don't have necessary Affirm expertise/tool

this is successfully completed the payment on the affirm side, customer choose payment plan, then get directed to the travelwire website

From this screenshot, I can't see the payment being completed in this screenshot. As mentioned earlier, it'll be helpful to share the video of payment completion with Affirm and share with the Support team. We are unable to help with this here
