I'd recommend talking to csfloat directly, since your account is connected to theirs and they're the ones in control of the payouts to your account (if it's express)

Yup- if it's still pending that means it hasn't been submitted to the bank yet. We go into detail about waht the statuses mean here (https://stripe.com/docs/api/payouts/object#payout_object-status)

Then unfortunately I think you're stuck - they're the ones who control that payout, so they'd have to be the ones to cancel it
