Do you have a clear and detailed explanation of what you are trying to test. There shouldn't really be any need to do this

we are using checkout session for subscription and one time payments
need to use this to check the autopayment for subscription mode

Yeah so in that case you really just skip Checkout entirely and write code to have the Subscription in the right state.
