Registered webhook endpoints must be publicly accessible HTTPS URLs.

I have HTTPS, just not an SSL.

"We couldn’t establish a secure connection to the destination server. These errors are usually caused by an issue with the SSL/TLS certificate or an intermediate certificate in the destination server’s certificate chain."
I need to bypass this, if it is possible. I don't want to buy another SSL just to test stripe.

If you just want to test things out I recommend using the Stripe CLI to forward requests to your local devbox.
