Not that I know of. Checkout is a Stripe hosted and managed surface. But if that is something you would like to see supported I can raise a feature request and you can write in to Support.

Okay can you be very specific about what the use of MPANs would be to you, so I can be clear in the feature request?

Sure. This page details the problems with Apple Pay DPANs for recurring payments:

We've experienced exactly these problems often in another project, where we offered a monthly subscription product, with Apple Pay as an option in our native mobile app. People would switch iOS device and the DPAN would be invalidated. For example, I believe we would see a lot of subscription payments failures around Christmas time, when people got new iPhones.

In our current project where we have a subscription product, we're exclusively using Stripe Checkout, but decided to not enable Apple Pay because of the support burden caused by invalidated DPANs.

Since MPAN should solve these problems, as the page mentions, but we're not using any Stripe Elements, it would be great if Stripe Checkout would support MPAN.
