What sort of error are you getting?
Hello, basically no error, i'm beeing redirected to my website homepage instead of checkout.stripe session
I tried to update api files since my old webhook was 2020 version
But seems like nothing changes
If i revert to previous keys it works again
there must be some sort of error on your server-side code, you'd want to check your logs
What does your client-side code do when checkout session creation request fails?
It redirects me to home page
But i mean i am not touching any code, i'm just swapping the new keys and webhook
When you say change API keys, do these belong to the same account?
Yes but to a different dashboard
As i had to create and verify another dashboard cause i mooved my business in another country
Everything is verified on the new dashboard since weeks, so they should work
when you say new dashboard, what does that mean?
Stripe Dashboard
Old one was AMS, new one is SocialGrow
So i switched keys from AMS to SocialGrow ones, webhook also.
When i set AMS keys and Webhook it goes to checkout, when i set SocialGrow keys and Webhook is not going to checkout
That's a new account, it is possible that the new account has a different API version
hence, check your server logs
This was old api version

But i have no option to downgrade my new webhook to 2020 api version

So that's why you're being redirected to your home page since Checkout Session creation request is failing
Due to the differences between API versions
Is not possible to set old api version on new webhook?
Since this is the oldest version i can see in the option in the new Dashboard
You'd need to talk to our support team to downgrade to an older API version
The new accounts are created on the newest API version by default
Ok, one question, chat and phone support is not avaiable? since i really can't see them since months
I was able to request calls before, with mail i should wait 1 day at least to get a response
Not sure, our team won't know much about it. If you're logged in to a stripe account then you should see those options as far as I know
