From what I read on API docs and stripe dashboard, the subscriptin is always in customer's currency, and the customer's currency is evaluated on first payment afaik.

However the invoice can be issued in different currencies, but this is complex topic because stripe delegates the logic of recalculating the currency rate etc.

Yes, the Subscription is tied to PLN right now so you will only be able to change Prices to ones with the same currency.

I am wondering why I can't have multiple subcriptions with different currencies tho. It would solve everything

You can create a new Customer and Subscription with a different currency.
