So that mean the problem is from their end?
Could be. Do you have the payment intent id so I can take a look?
Generally we recommend charging customers in their native currencies to avoid this issue

How do you accept payments?

Which is different than your current flow in which currency conversion would happen w/ the customer's bank if their card is in euros but you're attempting to charge it in dollars. Not all banks support that
