i have my website hosted via https, and i checked on my teammate desktop who is not in india (he is in UK)
and have added valid card

it's a company project URL not sure if able to share or not,
but i saw that one of the team mate from US was able to see the option of google pay

So that's good, when supported, your customer will see the Google Pay Button
