If the connected account switches on upcoming renewal emails will they be able to select the "Link to a stripe hosted page" option or will they need to upgrade their own Stripe acocunt to a Scale account in order to get access to this option?

We are creating subscriptions on customers connected acconts via the stripe API. Does that help?
Are you using Stripe-Account header?

but yes, we are using the stripe_account header, using the PHP SDK
Then the Subscription lives on the Connected account. Please reach out to support and ask them if your Scale upgrade (on the Platform) also covers Subscriptions that exist on the Connected accounts: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
