Sure.

I thought the issue originally was that the status was pending; however the one above is available

It seems that all balance transactions in test and production have a null exchange rate value.

That's the balance transaction for the payment

You'll need the stripe account header to retrieve it since the object exists on the connect account

Yes. That's exactly where it was. Believe it or not, that's they way I coded it too but I was missing the Stripe-Account header on the call against the connected account and then second guessed myself. - LOL.

While I understand (for the most part) why the exchange rate is on that Connected account balance transaction, it does seem odd/not intuitive that it's not on the originating balance_transaction for the transfer
