@prime mist Unfortunately this can happen when we're doing some identity verification async and lock the Account or Person while you are trying to make your own modification

Sadly there isn't really a way around this right now beyond handling retries carefully

Okay, that's kinda what I was thinking might be happening. We'll just increase our request timeout window and see if that works with our current retry policy then. Thanks 👍
