Are you an experienced developer? Do you know you also need a server, the file has to be loaded from a server not just rendered as raw HTML in a browser and such?

The first step is to look at the JS console in your browser to figure out what the issue is

The first 4 all look like pure crashes in your own stack/code, they have nothing to do with Stripe

#

The last bit is extremely explicit about the problem. You're the developer, if you carefully read it, it will tell you the exact issue clearly
