Hello! Can you clarify what you mean by "payment codes"?

The "Multibanco" payment option involves the use of an "entity code," a "reference code," and a "value."

#

So to show this codes the client need to go out of the online store and then come back. But I would like the codes to show right away in the checkout page

Gotcha! For the order confirmation email - is this an email that you generate yourself, or are you relying ont he automatic ones that stripe generates?

I'm using the woocommerce emails

#

There is currently no record of these codes, which is problematic because customers have like a three-day window to make payments using the same codes. After closing the window, they are unable to access the codes again. Therefore, it is crucial to send these codes in the order confirmation email. Additionally, it would be essential to ensure that customers do not navigate away from the online store during this process.

Ah, if you're using Woocommerce you'll want to talk to them about this - we provide the entity/reference codes that you can always re-retrieve through the API and also include them on our own hosted page that you can redirect users to, but if woocommerce isn't using those then you'll need to speak with them about what the best option is for you

Ok, what about making custumers do not navigate away from the online store during this process?

Again, you'll really want to talk to Woocommerce about this - I'm assuming since you're using their plugin you're limited by what functionality they can provide
