At this point it needs investigation by the responsible Engineering team. There isn't really anything more we can do to help you here. We have already escalated the issue to that team.
I was under the assumption that Stripe is one of the world famous Payment Gateway provider but working with the Support Team it really feels that you are a cross road corner shop
It isn't really possible for every complex issue to get investigated and resolved in 24 hours. You are going to need to exhibit some patience here. I'm sorry that you encountered what appears to be a bug but it will need the proper investigation and work done to fix it which is not something we do directly here.
@halcyon pond I do understand but atleast there needs to be an acknowledgement and if I am finding Bugs for you then we should be rewarded.
