are you still seeing a problem? I looked at the cold storage logs for that request and it was an internal error in one of our systems, but it was 2 months ago so could be anything

not at all, just trying to understand what happened behind a low priority ticket

it seems to be a one off error and there's no real issue as the customer managed to do the payment via a different intent

#

so feel free to close this, and thanks for the additional forensics 🙂
