I have set up a product (monthly subscription) - access to my website. I also enabled a 30 day free trial. What I don't understand is the startdate. I would like the customer to start whenever and expire one month later no matter what day of the month they start. Is there something I am missing?

Maybe I have it set up correctly. My one test customer shows "Trial ends Nov 1" under STATUS

How are you creating these subscriptions?

What you describe sounds like expected behaviour, so I am wondering why you don't see the behaviour you expect

Are you using trial_period_days when creating a subscription?

If you could share an example subscription creation request ID (eg req_123) or subscription ID I can look at, that would be helpful
