Hi 👋 is this a custom integration that you're working on building and, if so, can you clarify what you're referring to when you say "payment mode"?

If you're working on setting up a prebuilt Stripe integration that is provided by a third-party, that is something we aren't familiar with and aren't able to assist with. For those matters I would recommend reaching out to the support team for the provider of that integration.

from what i understand .

Launhpass or Accessdock . Is one of the integration to control the Discord Server Roles Subscription (Purchase Roles Through Subscription) . Stripe is used for payment . Hence, once payment done through Stripe . It will gives Roles to the user through Launchpass or Accessdock

As an example, Accessdock can create product in their dashboard . Once done, it will also create the product automatically inside the Stripe product menu .

Then, i proceeded on checking the product checkout. However i found that the FPX Payment method is not available . Only card payment allowed

I have asked from Launchpass support team . They said that any Stripe payment method accept they also do the same . Weirdly, that the FPX Payment method isn't available

That looks like a Card Element integration, which only be expected to the support cards.

I would recommend asking Launchpass if they have a Payment Element integration available.

So that's what it called Card Element Integration ?

Yes, that is our legacy Card Element that can only accept card details.

Our Payment Element is our newer frontend component that supports a much wider range of payment methods.
