Hello! I would guess that is the Google integration which autocompletes the fields depending on address input. Try disabling that: https://stripe.com/docs/js/elements_object/create_address_element#address_element_create-options-autocomplete

Yeah I don't think you can force the additional fields otherwise. We just render what is required for the chosen country
