Hello! So it's a Standard Connect account?
Yeah, it is standard
Not Express or Custom?
Are you logged in to the Dashboard as the platform account or the Standard account?
Both, my Standard account is also a member of the platform account.
If you're logged in as the platform account only the first link you provided above applies. You don't see the option to remove the account under the ••• menu?
Looks like this:
No, I only see the first option when I logged as the platform account and also when I logged as Standard account.
These are the roles that my account has in the platform account, as I told you the Standard account is also a member of the platform account.
Ah, you likely don't have the required permissions to see that option.
Yeah , that could be the reason
Although I thought the Developer role granted you that ability.
Can you paste the account ID here?
However from the Standard account point of view I should be able to disconnected from the platform account, isn't it?
Not when you view the Dashboard as the connected account, no.
You would need to log in to the Dashboard as the connected account, meaning you're not logged in as the platform at all.
And you may not be able to do it even then based on how the account was created and configured.
This is the account ID of my account the Standard account :
acct_1NsWIsLnIgs11K68
Can you log out of the Dashboard and log back in using the admin account for this Standard account?
I'll do it
ok , I logged out and logged in with my Standard account but I don't see option to disconnect
What do you see?
I see this again
You're logged in as the platform account there.
If you're logged in as the Standard account you won't be able to navigate to that account via the Connect tab.
Maybe you need to use the account switcher in the top left?
Click on the account name there and see if the Standard account's name appears.
Yeah I used , I switched to Polyient, inc. which is the platform account
Right. You need to not be on the platform account.
You need to be logged into the Dashboard as the connected account.
Is that the Ivan account listed there?
Yes
If you switch to that and then go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/applications what do you see?
Yeah, now I see it, I didn't it before
Actually I never found the Authorized applications page, and I still don't know how to get there because if I go to setting I don't see the Authorized application options, I see Authorized account but that is different.
That page is linked from the article you linked to earlier: https://support.stripe.com/questions/disconnect-your-stripe-account-from-a-connected-third-party-platform#:~:text=the Settings >-,Authorized applications,-area of your
Thats right, I didn't see it . Thank you for your help Rubeus
