Hello! It depends on what type of connected account it is. Is it Standard, Express, or Custom?

Also note that when using Custom accounts you should not be using direct charges.
For Custom accounts you need to change this via the API.

I don't believe you can change it in the Dashboard.
one more thing... I was trying to transfer money between sub accounts and I know it's not possible
then I transfered from subaccount to main account
but the money it shows it's on hold
so I can move to the final sub-account that I want to move

Yep, that's expected, funds won't be available immediately, just as they aren't in live mode.

do you know how long does it take to be available?
it's a system where I will have multiple subaccounts and I need to be able to transfer funds between the sub-accounts

Can you tell me more about the funds flow and who's involved? It's hard to give you recommendations when I don't know what you're trying to create.
basically I need to know this (about payouts):
when I send money from sub-account to main account
the money now it's on hold... so how long does it take to be available... and... if the autopayout is enabled... if this money on hold will be sent straight to payout -> bank account
For a complex Connect funds flow like this it's not an easy answer, and not really within the scope of what I can help you with here. Have you talked to Stripe support about your use case and asked them these questions about timing?
