it seems like all the new accounts that are restricted say that they need bank account verification

but I used the valid bank account numbers in the docs

& there aren't any requirements due, at least from the api

I'm seeing all of these going to active after some time. This simulates how our APIs behave to ensure you don't get false sense of timing
