Gotcha. I think the PIN flow doesn't really work with US accounts as we mostly run debit transactions on credit rails.

The documentation states that tap to pay in uk is only available if you join the beta program right?

Yeah most likely, tap to pay on iPhone in those countries is still in beta. So you might need approval from support
