Hi, I am in contact with WooCommerce, who are proving quite slow, are you 100% sure it hasn't anything to do with Stripe your end and not just a plugin issue ? as I have tried another 3rd party plugin with no success...

It might have something to do with Stripe, but I don't know how Stripe is integrated with WooCommerce, so I can't help. They will reach out to us themselves if it has to do with Stripe.
