Your code looks correct, and I can see in your stripe dashboard the preview looks fine. So that's possibly an issue on our end. I would recommend to report this to Stripe Support directly, so it can be routed to the team working on this. Make sure to include all relevant retails (account ID, screenshots, URL, code sample).
