I would like to know if we can have any information about the customer or not with that link.
No I don't think so.
If not then how we can update the customer payment method on our self-hosted page assuming we need to attach payment method generated by Stripe Elements?
You would ask the customer to provide their email or something, so you can know who they are

So we can't get any dynamic information via query params and basically we've to ask them to login and then Update payment method, right?
