Yes the Invoice will be created and attempted (and retried) at the end of the period

And yes you can always pay the Invoice with a different payment method if you want at that point

Ok - generally speaking, we set our subscriptions and invoices to remain as-is after all payment attempts are exhausted so that we can handle data updates specific to each subscription product we offer. So in that scenario, we would see the subscription remain in a state of canceled and the invoice remain as failed?
