You might could use the appearance api to achieve this: https://stripe.com/docs/elements/appearance-api
Im trying to make a form like this for user to add their card details:
@red citrus I've tried but it seems the customization ability is limited?
Yeah but that's the most you can do
You can try tweaking it to get as close as possible
if I wanted to make it like the one in the image I just sent would I need to use raw card data api?
and then acquire PCI compliance?
so is it impossible for me to achieve the design with elements and only using raw card data api ?
The appearance api is what you should do for styling
If you are unable to style it the way you like with the appearance api, then you're correct
is it really that difficult to get PCI compliance btw?
I found online there are services which people help you get PCI compliant for about $100, this leads me to believe it is possible?
I can't comment on that
We're not pci compliance experts
We just help people with the stripe api
Are you instructed to tell people that PCI compliance is difficult? or is that from personal experience?
because it is confusing me slightly
in the fact that I am limited to the stripe elements which does not fit in with the design of my website at all
even with styling options it looks out of place.
