Hi 👋 Stripe doesn't make the determination about whether a CVV/CVC value is correct. Our service provides the information to the issuing bank for their approval. The issuing bank determines whether the provided information is valid, and provides that determination to Stripe.

If your customer is providing the correct CVV/CVC for their card, but are continuing to have their payments declined due to that information being incorrect, they should reach out to their bank to investigate why they're saying the details are not correct.
