Ah, it looks like our Issuing webhooks expect you to also send a Stripe-Version header back with your response https://stripe.com/docs/issuing/controls/real-time-authorizations#webhook-response

The error I see on my end says invalid stripe version and I don't see that header on your response, so I'd reccommend trying again but with a Stripe-Version header
