When you say "payout" what are you referring to exactly?

A Payout is generally a term used for funds being sent to an external bank account

But it doesn't sound like that is what you are talking about here?

Oops, what I meant was that I'd like to check somewhere that the application_fee_amount was subtracted from the total cost of the transaction and sent to us since we facilitated the payment through our service
